The Short-Range Model is Probably Garbage

It looks like it is simply garbage.  I have seen it do stupid stuff like this before also.  It looks as if it is placing the precipitation that is currently falling over Maryland over central Pennsylvania and then moving it east over us instead of moving from Maryland where it is now over south and central New Jersey. I will have very good valid information that will let you know exactly what to expect but not until just after 1 pm when the European model comes out.  On the last run it had something in between those two with accumulations most likely around 2 inches.  Right now I would refer back to my earlier post on the European model  Pasted below.

The European model from last night shows the possibility of around 2 inches of snow for most people prior to mixing with and then changing to  sleet around 1-2 am on Monday morning and then to freezing rain.  The freezing rain and sleet could continue until 5-6 am to 8-9 am from southeast to northwest.  This would almost certainly create some difficult driving conditions from Sunday Evening through Monday morning.  It also now starts the flurries or very  light snow as early as mid day today.
