ABSOLUTELY STUNNING CHANGES!!! BRITISH MODEL!!!

Ok, these are some absolutely stunning changes!!!  The British model has now massively increased snowfall accumulations to 5-10 inches with near-blizzard conditions for Thursday night and Friday and even more than that for Long Island.  Unreal.  Let's see if the European model does it now too.  The Canadian, British, and European models all use the same initialization system.  Maybe a coup for our American models for once?  Well, not exactly, they actually just cut the accumulations back quite a bit on this last run.  So, let's see what happens.
