Sunday, February 2nd, 2014 - Evening Weather Discussion

The snow should start tomorrow morning between around 2 am and 4 am and end in the afternoon with around 4-8 inches of accumulation from north to south throughout Northern New Jersey and Southeastern New York.  Then another storm will bring us more snow on Wednesday with the chance for around 7-8 inches more of snow, although it may mix with sleet and freezing rain, which would hold accumulations down if it does.  Then we will likely be faced with a strong Nor'easter next Sunday into Monday that has the potential to bring snow and ice even to the Deep South depending on exactly how it develops.  Right now it looks as if this storm could become quite intense and does have the chance of reaching blizzard classification if the pieces were to come together just right.
