Thursday, March 27th, 2014 - Morning Weather Discussion

April showers bring May flowers… 

Well, we will be getting a lot of those showers and they could even mix with snow at times over the next two weeks as unfortunately temperatures will remain quite cool. 

We will see some gradual warming today and tomorrow with a high in the low 40’s today and around 50 tomorrow.  There will however be some showers tomorrow. 

On Saturday a storm will approach from the southeast and bring us some rain that is likely to be heavy at times on Saturday afternoon and night.  The heavy rain could lead to some flooding as the ground is already saturated from the recent snow melt and the rain will be quite heavy.  The showers may linger through the day on Sunday and into Monday morning and could mix with some snow on Sunday night and into early Monday morning. 

A weak storm may then approach for Tuesday afternoon and night, bringing another chance for some showers that could mix with snow at night. 

We may get a couple of nice days next Wednesday and Thursday.

Then another storm is likely to approach for next Friday, bringing another chance for rain that could linger into Saturday and again could mix with snow on Saturday. 

Then yet another storm is likely to approach for the following Monday night through Wednesday, bringing more rain that could mix with snow next Tuesday night and Wednesday.
