Monday, April 21st, 2014 - Morning Weather Discussion

We will have one more day of nice weather today, in fact today may be near perfect with a high in the mid 60’s. 

Clouds will then increase tomorrow morning, with showers possible in the afternoon and at night into Wednesday morning, although it will be quite warm on Tuesday with a high in the mid to upper 60’s, then much cooler on Wednesday with a high in the low to mid 50’s. 

We should then have a nice day on Thursday but it will be cool with a high in the mid 50’s.

Friday the clouds should once again return, with showers possible in the afternoon and night with a high in the mid to upper 50’s.

Saturday we should have a continued chance for showers, but it will be warm, with a high in the low 70’s. 

Unfortunately, there will be a chance of showers almost every day next week with the most likely days for showers being Tuesday and Wednesday and the least likely day being Friday.  Highs next week should be in the 50’s with lows in the 40’s.

As far as temperatures for planting go, we will have another chance for a frost or freeze on Thursday and Friday mornings, then it looks as if temperatures will remain safe next week, but it is still too close for comfort.
