Monday, April 7th, 2014 - Evening Weather Discussion

The rain will get continue overnight, heavy at times, ending tomorrow morning, then clearing out and warming up with a high tomorrow in the mid to upper 60's.

Wednesday and Thursday will then be very nice with a high in the mid to upper 50's on Wednesday and the mid 60's on Thursday.

Friday we will have a chance of showers and a high in the mid 60's.

Showers will linger into Saturday morning, then it will clear out and we will have nice weather from Saturday afternoon through next Monday, with highs in the low 60's on Saturday, the mid to upper 60's next Sunday, and the low to mid 70's next Monday.

Next Tuesday things may then get interesting as a strong cold front will approach, bringing with it showers, thunderstorms, and rain, with temperatures around 70 around mid day next Tuesday, dropping to the mid 30's by midnight and then possibly to the low 30's by early Wednesday morning.

If temperatures do drop to the low 30's by next Wednesday morning it could cause the rain to mix with snow, sleet, or freezing rain, as the precipitation may linger through the day on Wednesday, although temperatures should warm during the day, turning any mixed precipitation back to rain.  Right now it looks as if there is about a 30% chance of the precipitation mixing with snow, sleet or freezing rain next Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.  The mixed precipitation is a long shot, but it would be interesting.
