Wednesday, April 2nd, 2014 - Morning Weather Discussion

Thanks again to all of you for helping this blog reach an amazing million all-time page views yesterday. 1,000,000, is just unreal.  Thanks a million!

And a special thanks to Mike and Heather Michels, Jim Dunbar, Dave Conca, Joe Diblasi, and Dan Bertelli, who were instrumental in producing this blog.

Without each and every one of you, this would have never been possible.

There will be a chance of a shower this morning and then things will clear out with a high in the low 50’s.

Tomorrow there will be a chance of a shower during the day, then showers will be likely at night, with a high in the mid 50’s.

Friday there will be a chance of a shower in the morning, then showers will be likely at night and it will be cooler, with a high in the mid 40’s.

This weekend should then be quite nice with highs in the mid 50’s both days.

On Monday two storms will combine to form a fairly strong storm.  However, it now looks as if this storm will track to our west, allowing for the warm air to stay in place in our area.  This will bring us rain on Monday afternoon and night, and it could be heavy at times on Monday night.

Another storm may form near Cape Hatteras, North Carolina on Wednesday, and this storm would have a good chance to bring us snow if it came far enough north to reach our area.  However, it looks as if this storm will remain well to our south and east, allowing for nice days next Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.   I will keep a close eye on this one just in case.

Things will then warm up for next Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with highs in the low to mid 60’s each day, however there will be a chance of a shower next Friday.

Then for early the following week a storm may bring us showers on Monday and rain on Tuesday.

Just remember, April showers bring May flowers.
