Areas of the Philadelphia and New York City areas were severely flooded as those areas got 5-6 inches of rain. Click here and here to read the story, view the pictures, and watch the videos.
The Florida Panhandle received tremendous rain, with some areas recording 25 inches in one day, which is more than California has received in the past 2 years. Click here to watch the video.

Moving forward, we will have a chance of a shower or thunderstorm tonight, then a very nice day tomorrow with just a slight chance of a shower and a high in the mid 60's.
Saturday and Sunday we will have a chance of a shower both days and highs in the mid 60's.
Monday should then be a nice and dry day with a high in the mid 60's.
Tuesday we will have a chance of a shower in the morning and a high in the low to mid 60's.
Wednesday should be nice in the morning, followed by increasing clouds in the afternoon and a chance of a shower at night. The high on Wednesday should be in the mid 60's.
Next Thursday, Friday, and Saturday a slow moving storm system may bring us showers each day and highs in the upper 50's on Thursday, the low 50's on Friday, and only the mid to upper 40's next Saturday.
Next Sunday should be nice, followed by a chance for showers again the following Monday through Thursday with temperatures possibly rising into the 70's on Sunday and Monday, then dropping back to the 60's next Tuesday through Thursday.
