Thursday, September 4, 2014 - Weather Discussion

We will have a continuation of the warm weather through Saturday, with cooler temperatures next week, and even cooler temperatures the following week…

Today and tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm.   Highs will be in the mid 80’s today and the low to mid 80’s tomorrow.

Saturday a cold front will approach, bringing a chance for a shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon or evening.  It will be warm, as warm air surges north into our area ahead of the cold front.  The highs will be in the mid to upper 80’s.

Next Sunday through Thursday will then be cooler with highs in the 70’s and a chance for some showers Monday night through Wednesday.

Next Friday a low pressure area may develop along a stalled out cold front, bringing us some showers and much cooler weather with highs only in the low to mid 60’s.

The showers and thunderstorms could linger into next Saturday morning but it will be warmer on Saturday with highs around 80.

Next Sunday through Wednesday will be cooler with a chance of showers and thunderstorms next Monday and Tuesday and highs only in the low to mid 60’s.
