I had called the dates between November 2 and November 6 for
the first chance of snow in our area. I
may end up being off by one day…
The Nor’easter that brought over 3 inches of rain, water
spouts, and hail to some sections of Coastal Central New Jersey is finally
moving away from our area. This will
leave us with nice weather through Tuesday.
Highs will be in the upper 50’s to low 60’s through Monday, then rise to
the low 70’s on Tuesday as warm air surges into our area ahead of the next cold
front.
Wednesday a cold front will be moving through our area,
bringing us a chance of a shower and highs in the mid 60’s.
Thursday should be a nice day with highs in the mid to upper
50’s.
Next Friday (Halloween Day) there will likely be rain in the
morning and a chance of a shower in the afternoon, possibly clearing out just
in time for trick or treat. Highs will
be in the mid to upper 50’s, dropping to the low to mid 50’s for trick or treat
time.
Next Saturday we may welcome November with a bit of snow as
an upper level disturbance and cold air will enter our area. This could stir up some snow showers and snow
squalls with the extremely cold air. The
snow showers and squalls could even accumulate to a dusting in some locations,
especially in the higher elevations.
Highs will only be in the low 40’s.
Next Sunday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of
a rain or snow shower. It will be very
cold in the morning with lows in the mid to upper 20’s and highs in the low to
mid 40’s.
It will then warm up a bit to start the beginning of the
following week with a chance for showers next Tuesday and Thursday. Highs will be in the 50’s next Monday and
Tuesday and mainly the upper 40’s next Wednesday and Thursday.
