Thursday, November 27, 2014 - Morning Weather Discussion

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Posts on the storm from yesterday are below.  Let’s move forward now…

It is absolutely beautiful today with snow for Thanksgiving in some areas.  Areas toward the city in Northern New Jersey may be missing out on much of this and areas in Central New Jersey also, but in Northwest New Jersey it is still snowing lightly and it is beautiful.  See my picture below.

Anyway, we will have a chance of snow showers and flurries today and then it will be nice tomorrow.  It will however be cold with highs in the mid 30’s through Saturday; we will however have a chance of a bit of light snow late on Saturday morning into Saturday afternoon that could give us a dusting of snow.

Sunday will then be variably cloudy and warmer with highs in the mid to upper 40’s.

Monday will then be warm with a chance of showers developing in the afternoon.  The high on Monday will be in the low to mid 50’s.  The rain showers may change to snow showers before ending late at night.

Tuesday we will have a chance of snow showers early in the morning, and then it will be variably cloudy, with a chance of showers developing again at night.  The highs on Tuesday should be in the mid 30’s

Wednesday we will have a chance of rain with highs in the mid to upper 40’s.

Thursday should then be mostly sunny with highs around 40.

Friday there will be increasing cloudiness in the morning with a chance of rain or snow developing in the late afternoon or evening and continue into Saturday.  The highs should be in the upper 30’s.

Next Sunday and Monday should then be nice with highs in the low to mid 40’s.

Then I have a strong feeling that a Nor'easter may develop for next Tuesday and Wednesday bringing us a chance for rain or snow.  The highs should be in the upper 30’s.

The picture below is from this morning.
