It will be nice today and tomorrow with warmer temperatures
as warm air surges north into our area ahead of an approaching cold front. The highs today will be in the low to mid 60’s
and in the low 60’s on Wednesday.
Thursday as the cold front approaches a storm will develop
along the coast and bring us rain and it will be heavy at times on Thursday
afternoon and night, with some flooding possible. The high on Thursday will be in the mid 50’s.
Friday will then be variably cloudy and colder with a slight
chance of a shower during the day and a slight chance of a snow shower at
night. The high on Friday will be in the
upper 40’s.
Saturday will then be mostly sunny and cold with highs in
the mid 40’s.
Sunday we will have increasing cloudiness during the day,
with rain developing at night. The high
on Sunday will be in the low 50’s.
Late on Sunday night there is a slight chance that the rain
could mix with or change to wet snow before ending early on Monday morning,
depending on how this storm eventually develops.
Monday we will have rain or wet snow ending early in the
morning, followed by clearing and a high in the mid 40’s.
Next Tuesday we will have mostly sunny skies, with
increasing cloudiness late in the day.
It will be warmer with highs in the upper 50’s as warm air surges north
into our area ahead of an approaching cold front.
Next Wednesday a strong cold front will push through,
bringing a chance of rain or snow showers in the morning, followed by clearing
and a high only in the mid to upper 30’s.
Next Thursday through Saturday should be nice with gradually
rising temperatures from the upper 30’s on Thursday to the low to mid 40’s on
Friday and the upper 40’s next Saturday.
Next Sunday, this is the storm I have been watching, however
at this moment in time it is appearing that the storm may push north of our
area. If the storm goes to our north it
would allow warm air to surge into our area ahead of it, bringing the chance of
heavy rain next Sunday. We will need to
keep an eye on this storm as any track to our south would open the door to much
colder temperatures and a possible mixture or snow.
Have a great day!
