It was the third warmest Christmas in our area since records
have been kept…
Moving forward, the storm approaching on Monday is coming
closer in the latest data and it now looks as if it MAY get close enough to
bring us some snow, possibly even accumulating snow on Monday morning and
POSSIBLY again on Tuesday.
Then we should have a nice but cold New Year’s Eve and New
Year’s Day through Friday, with just a chance of a snow shower on New Year’s
Eve.
Then the next storm will
approach for next weekend, bringing the chance for rain, freezing rain, sleet
or snow at the beginning of the storm on Saturday morning, followed by rain on
Saturday afternoon and night as temperatures rise into the low to mid 50’s late
at night.
Next Sunday and Monday should then be nice, followed by a
chance of snow next Tuesday and Wednesday, with clearing next Thursday.
