HAPPY 1ST DAY OF DECEMBER!!!
A cold front
will wiggle and waggle back and forth over the next week, bringing us warmer
weather today as it has moved north of us as a warm front. Highs today should reach the low to mid 50’s.
Then the
front will start moving south later today as a cold front, bringing us some
showers late this afternoon and this evening.
Tomorrow
will then be colder and precipitation will start to move in as the front will
start moving northward as a warm front.
This will cause snow to develop around 2 pm and mix with sleet and then
change to rain in the evening between 6 pm and 10 pm. Total accumulations of a dusting to an inch
are possible in Northeastern New Jersey and 1-2 inches in Northwestern New
Jersey.
Wednesday we
will then have a warmer day with a chance for showers in the morning and highs
in the mid to upper 40’s.
Then the
front will start to move south as a cold front, bringing us some clearing on
Wednesday afternoon and a nice day on Thursday with highs around 40 on
Thursday.
Then Friday
the front will once again move north as a warm front, bringing us a chance for
some light snow on Friday that will likely change to rain by Friday night. The high will be in the mid to upper 30’s.
Saturday and
Sunday a storm system will approach from the west and may turn into a coastal
storm. The front should however remain
to our north, keeping us warm enough for rain with highs around 40.
Next Monday
things should clear out with highs in the mid 40’s.
Next Tuesday
through Thursday morning we will have to wait and see if an approaching storm
system from the west will develop into a coastal storm and if it does, if it
comes close enough to our area to bring us precipitation. It will be colder for the middle of next week
with highs mainly in the mid to upper 30’s.
Next Friday
and Saturday should then be nice with highs in the low 40’s.
Next Sunday
another storm may approach, bringing another chance for rain or snow.
