The changeover to snow is starting to occur in Northwestern NJ.
At the moment the only area that might escape the higher totals in the 5-10 inch range appears to be Northern Pike County in PA, Northern Sussex County in NJ, and Northern Orange County in NY State where 3-5 inches may end up being the case, but we shall see.
