Some areas of Northern New Jersey may actually be getting a
touch of rain this morning, maybe, although nothing yet at my location. Will we
ever get any significant rain? How about the developing tropical system near
the Carolina Coast, will that develop into a Tropical Storm and then where will
it go?
A stationary front is sitting nearby and some showers are
developing along the front, so some of us may actually get a shower today,
especially this morning. It will be cooler today with the showers as highs only
make it into the mid to upper 60’s.
Tomorrow through next Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a
slight chance of a shower each day, as we will be under the influence of a wind
flow coming off the ocean with the developing tropical system off the Carolina
Coast. Highs will range from the upper 60’s to low 70’s tomorrow and Saturday
to the upper 70’s to low 80’s Friday, and Sunday through Tuesday. The greatest chance for a shower will be on
Tuesday as a cold front passes by.
Next Wednesday through Saturday look to be mostly sunny and
cooler with highs in the mid to upper 60’s next Wednesday and Thursday, the
upper 60’s to low 70’s next Friday, and the mid 70’s next Saturday.
Next Sunday and Tuesday we will have a chance of showers and
thunderstorms with a nice day sandwiched in between next Monday. The highs will be in the upper 70’s next
Sunday, dropping to the mid 60’s next Monday and possibly into the mid to upper
50’s next Tuesday as a storm approaches.
