Nice through Saturday, then for Sunday, well…
Yesterday some crazy storms popped up in Northeastern PA and intensified very quickly as they moved through Sussex County, NJ and then through the rest of Northern NJ. The magnitude or extent of these storms was not predicted by most of the models, but they did happen and they did cause some damage in Northern New Jersey, as strong winds toppled some trees.
Luckily it will be much quieter today through Saturday with highs in the low to mid 70’s inland today, the mid to upper 70’s tomorrow inland, and the upper 70’s to mid 80’s inland Saturday.
Sunday there will be a good chance of showers and thunderstorms as a strong disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to the mid 80’s in many places.
Monday through next Friday should then be quite nice with highs rising from the mid 70’s to low 80’s Monday to the mid to upper 80’s in many places by next Friday.
Next Saturday through Tuesday there will be a chance of some showers and thunderstorms as a cold front slowly approaches our area. It will be quite warm next Saturday with highs in the mid 80’s to the low 90’s, then the low to mid 80’s in most places Sunday and Monday, then the mid to upper 70’s next Tuesday.
Next Wednesday should then be nice behind the cold front with highs in the low to mid 70’s.
Have a fantastic day!
