Hermine hangs around and then a heat wave…
Hermine is still hanging out just off shore, bringing our area some clouds and the chance of a shower or thunderstorm this afternoon or evening and a slight chance tomorrow. Highs will be in the 80’s in most places.
Thursday and Friday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm and it will be hot with highs in the upper 80’s to mid 90’s in many inland locations. It will be cooler along the coast and on Long Island.
Saturday will be mostly sunny and hot with highs again from the upper 80’s to the mid 90’s inland. It will be cooler along the coast and on Long Island.
Sunday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the morning as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 80’s.
Monday and Tuesday should then be mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 80’s in most locations.
Next Wednesday looks variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon or evening as a cold front approaches. Highs will be in the low to mid 80’s.
Next Thursday looks mostly and cooler behind the cold front with highs in the mid to upper 70’s.
Next Friday will be variably cloudy with a chance of showers or thunderstorms as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will range from the mid 60’s in Northeastern PA to the low 70’s in Central NJ and on Long Island.
Next Saturday through Monday look mostly sunny with highs mainly in the 70’s to near 80.
