There will be showers and thunderstorms today as a strong disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
Tomorrow through Monday will be nice with highs in the upper 70’s and 80’s tomorrow, the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Sunday and the 80’s to low 90’s Monday.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm Tuesday and a bit better chance Wednesday as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 70’s along the coast and on Long Island and in the 80’s inland Tuesday and the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Wednesday.
Thursday through next Tuesday then look nice with highs in the 70’s to low 80’s Thursday and next Friday, the mid 70’s to mid 80’s next Saturday, the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Sunday and Monday and the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Tuesday.
There will be a chance of a tropical system developing in the Gulf of Mexico next weekend as a tropical system may pass through the Caribbean Sea, across the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico, and into the Wester Gulf of Mexico. People along the Gulf Coast will need to keep a close eye on this possibility.
Next Wednesday and Thursday may then be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as the remnants of the above mentioned tropical system may pass through our area. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.
