Nice through Monday in our area but unbelievable flooding in Texas…

There will be unbelievable flooding in Southeastern Texas now as up to 60 inches of rain is possible in some locations. Yes, it is possible that parts of Southeastern Texas will get as much rain in the next few days as we get here in an entire year.

In our area it will however be nice through Monday with highs in the 70’s to low 80’s today and tomorrow and the 70’s Monday.

Tuesday and Wednesday will then be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm along the coast as a tropical system develops along the Carolina Coast and then heads out to sea. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s Tuesday and the 70’s Wednesday.

Thursday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 70’s.

Friday and next Saturday then look nice with highs in the mid 60’s to mid 70’s Friday and the upper 60’s and 70’s Next Saturday.

Next Sunday then looks variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.

Next Monday then looks nice with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.

Next Tuesday and Wednesday then look variably cloudy with a chance of showers or thunderstorms as the remnants of Harvey may finally pass through our area. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s next Tuesday and the mid 60’s to mid 70’s next Wednesday.

Next Thursday and Friday will then be nice with highs in the mid 60’s to mid 70’s next Thursday and the upper 60’s to mid 70’s next Friday.
