Latest Run of the European Model

The latest run of the European model brings Irma just north of Puerto Rico, Haiti, and Cuba, to Grand Bahama Island, then stalls the storm about for 12-24 hours, then turns her north northeast, brushing the East Coast of Florida and the eastern most parts of North Carolina with her outer bands, but keeping the United States safe from a direct hit. This run does however bring Irma closer to the East Coast of Florida than previous runs. Irma has wind gusts of near 170 mph on this run. It would take only very small changes in the data to bring Irma inland on Florida or further north, so be sure to check back for updates.
