The first ever in history Tropical Storm Warning was just issued for Atlanta, Georgia...
Irma is doing major damage in Florida as the eye will move up along the West Coast of Florida today, likely making landfall somewhere between Marco Island and Fort Myers, or possibly further north towards Tampa Bay. The damage will be substantial but hopefully the storm will weaken a bit more before making landfall. Let's hope...
The strong winds from Irma will make it as far north as Atlanta, Georgia, hence the first ever in history Tropical Storm Warning issued by the National Weather Service for Atlanta, Georgia. Click here to view...
In our area, the concern will be Hurricane Jose about 10 days from now…
Today through Tuesday will be nice with highs warming from the mid 60’s to mid 70’s today, to the 70’s tomorrow, and the mid 70’s to low 80’s Tuesday.
Then Wednesday through next Friday will be variably cloudy with at least a chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day as the remnants of Irma pass through our area Wednesday, followed by an onshore wind flow off the ocean Thursday through next Friday as Hurricane Jose dances around off the East Coast of the United States, possibly even threatening landfall mid to late next week. We will have to wait and see. Highs will range from the mid 60’s to the low 80’s.

Have a fantastic day and hope for the best for our friends and family in Florida...
