Adjust Snow Accumulations a Bit...

The air was very dry this morning so some of the snow was lost to evaporation before it reached the ground. I have therefore adjusted expected snowfall accumulations downward a bit.

1-2 inches - Northeastern PA
1-3 inches - East Central PA
2-3 inches - Northwestern NJ and Orange County, NY
3-4 inches - Northeastern NJ, Rockland, Westchester and Putnam Counties in NY
3-5 inches - Central NJ, NYC, Long Island, and Fairfield County, CT

More a bit later with the Evening Weather Discussion...
