Tuesday, December 5, 2017 - Morning Weather Discussion

Winter starts soon, but will it snow?

Today a cold front will be approaching from the west, bringing a chance of a shower this morning, then rain will develop this evening and continue through the night. Highs will be in the 50’s to low 60’s.

Tomorrow and Thursday will then be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance of snow along the coast and on Long Island as a low pressure area passes to our east off shore. Highs will be in the 30’s.

Saturday and Sunday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower Sunday morning. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s Saturday, dropping to the mid 20’s to mid 30’s Sunday.

Monday will be variably cloudy with a chance of snow developing at night as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.

Next Tuesday there will be a chance of snow as the disturbance may turn into a Nor’easter off the NJ Coast. Highs will be in the low to mid 30’s.

Next Wednesday there will be a chance of snow ending in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the mid 20’s to low 30’s.

Next Thursday then looks variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower. Highs will be in the mid 20’s to low 30’s.

Next Friday through Monday are then looking nice with highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s.

Have a fantastic day!
