Sunday, October 21, 2018 - Morning Weather Discussion

Watching a potential Nor’easter for next Sunday…

Today will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a flurry or sprinkle as a bit of Lake Effect moisture will be passing through our area. Highs will be in the 40’s.

Tomorrow will be nice with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in the afternoon as a disturbance passes to our north. Highs will range from the low to mid 50’s in Northeastern PA to the low to mid 60’s in Central NJ.

Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower as a bit of Lake Effect moisture may pass through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.

Thursday and Friday will then be nice with highs in the upper 30’s and 40’s Thursday and the 40’s Friday.

Saturday clouds will increase as two disturbances approach our area. One from the west and one from the Southeastern United States. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Next Sunday the two approaching disturbances may merge, forming into a Nor’easter near the Middle Atlantic Coast. This would bring us a chance of rain next Sunday, and it could also be windy. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Next Monday there will be a chance of rain in the morning, followed by clearing, as the potential Nor’easter pulls away from our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Next Tuesday will be variably cloudy, with a chance of a shower, as a weak disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Next Wednesday through Saturday then look nice with highs gradually rising from the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Wednesday and Thursday, to the 50’s next Friday, and the mid 50’s to low 60’s next Saturday.

Have a fantastic day!
