Showers and thunderstorms returning, possibly severe tomorrow afternoon and night…

There will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm this evening and then tomorrow, showers or thunderstorms will develop from west to east across our area as a disturbance passes through our area. Some of the thunderstorms could be severe. In that regard, the NOAA National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center has us classified as a slight risk for severe weather tomorrow.  Click here to view the map. Highs will be in the 70’s, but with some low 80’s in Central and Northeastern PA.

Monday and Tuesday will then be nice with highs in the upper 50’s and 60’s Monday and the 60’s Tuesday.

Wednesday clouds will increase with a chance of showers and thunderstorms developing as another disturbance and cold front approach our area. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s

Thursday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a lingering shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 70’s.

Friday is then looking nice with highs in the mid 60’s to mid 70’s.

Next Saturday, June 8, and next Sunday, June 9, are then looking variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to mid 70’s.

Next Monday, June 10, through next Wednesday, June 12th, there will be a chance of showers or thunderstorms each day as a couple of disturbances pass through our area. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to mid 70’s.

Next Thursday, June 13th, and next Friday, June 14th, there will be a continued chance for a shower or thunderstorm as the stationary front that has plagued our area all spring may continue to be situated near our area. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to mid 70’s.
