Tuesday, June 11, 2019 - Evening Weather Discussion

One more nice day before a chance of some heavy rain Thursday…

We will have another nice day tomorrow with highs in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s.

Thursday a strong disturbance will develop along the Middle Atlantic Coast and then pass through our area in the morning, followed by a weaker disturbance Thursday night. This will bring us a chance for some heavy rain and possibly a thunderstorm Thursday morning, and then a chance for a shower or thunderstorm during the day, and especially in the evening. Highs will range from the upper 50’s to low 60’s in Northeastern PA and Orange County, NY, to the mid to upper 70’s in Central NJ.

Friday will then be variably cloudy with just a slight chance of a shower in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will range from the upper 50’s to low 60’s in Northeastern PA to the low 70’s in Central NJ.

Saturday is then looking variably cloudy with a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm as a cold front slowly approaches from the west. Highs will be in the 70’s to low 80’s.

Sunday through next Tuesday, June 18th, will then be variably cloudy with a chance of showers or thunderstorms as the cold front slowly passes through our area. Highs will be in the 70’s to low 80’s Sunday and the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Monday and next Tuesday.

Next Wednesday, June 19th, through next Monday, June 24th, are then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day. Highs will be in the 70’s to low 80’s next Wednesday and Thursday, the mid 70’s to mid 80’s next Friday and Saturday, the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Sunday, and the 70’s to low 80’s next Monday.

Have a wonderful evening!
