Wednesday, June 12, 2019 - Evening Weather Discussion

A rainy Thursday ahead…

Rain will develop in the morning, becoming heavy a times, and then there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm the rest of the day, as a strong disturbance passes through our area. Highs tomorrow will be mainly in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s, but with some upper 60’s to low 70’s possible in Central NJ and on Long Island.

Friday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower in the morning, followed clearing, as the disturbance finally departs our area. Highs will be in the 60’s to low 70’s.

Saturday will then be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon and then a better chance at night. Highs will be in the 70’s to low 80’s.

Sunday through the following Tuesday there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm basically every day, as a stationary front may develop again in our area. Highs will be generally in the 70’s to low 80’s.

Have a wonderful evening!
