There will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm this evening in Eastern PA and possibly into far Northwestern NJ and Orange County, NY.
Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the morning and a better chance in the afternoon and evening, especially in Northeastern PA, as the remnants of Hurricane Barry approach from the west. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s, with some upper 90’s possible in East Central and Northeastern NJ.
Thursday will be variably cloudy with a chance of showers or thunderstorms during the day. There will be some clearing at night from west to east across our area. Highs will be in the upper 70’s and 80’s.
Friday will be nice, with just a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in Northeastern PA. It will however be quite hot, with highs in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s, but in the upper 90’s in parts of Central NJ.
Saturday is then looking nice, but hot, with highs in the mid to upper 80’s on Long Island, the upper 80’s to low 90’s in Northeastern PA, the low to mid 90’s in East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, NYC, and Fairfield County, CT, the mid 90’s in Northeastern NJ, and the mid 90’s to low 100’s in Central NJ.
Sunday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 80’s to mid 90’s.
Monday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of showers or thunderstorms as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 80’s to low 90’s.
Next Tuesday, July 23rd, and next Wednesday, July 24th, are then looking variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s next Tuesday and the mid 70’s to mid 80’s next Wednesday.
Next Thursday, July 25th, through next Monday, July 29th, are then looking nice with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
