There will be another nice day today with highs in the 80’s, and some low 90’s in West Central NJ.
Tomorrow a stationary front will develop to our south, with a strong disturbance riding along the front. This will bring a chance of showers or thunderstorms, possibly severe in some locations, with heavy rain, especially in Central NJ and on Long Island. Highs will range from the upper 60’s to mid 70’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 80’s in Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on inland Long Island.

Wednesday through the following Sunday, August 25th, will then be variably cloudy with at least a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day as a stationary front may remain just to our south, with disturbances riding along the front and through our area on occasion. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Wednesday, the mid 70’s to low 80’s Thursday, the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Friday, the upper 70’s to mid 80’s Saturday, the 80’s Sunday through next Friday, August 23rd, the mid 70’s to mid 80’s next Saturday, August 24th, and the mid 70’s to mid 80’s next Sunday, August 25th.
