Temperatures will gradually warm over the next few days, with highs in the mid 70’s to low 80’s today, the upper 70’s to mid 80’s tomorrow, and in the upper 70’s to low 80’s near the coast and the mid 80’s to low 90’s inland Sunday.
Monday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm at night as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to low 80’s on Long Island and in the mid 80’s to low 90’s elsewhere.
It then appears as if we are going to have an extended period of nice weather Tuesday through the following Thursday, October 3rd. It will start out cool with highs in the upper 60’s and 70’s Tuesday, but will rise to the mid 70’s to low 80’s Wednesday, the upper 70’s to mid 80’s Thursday through next Sunday, the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Monday, the mid 70’s to mid 80’s next Tuesday, then dropping to the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Wednesday and the 70’s next Thursday.
Have a fantastic day!
