Monday, October 28, 2019 - Evening Weather Discussion

Some light rain/drizzle tomorrow, unfortunately a rainy, but at least warm Halloween into Friday morning, and then looking cold about 10 days from now…

There will be a chance of light rain and drizzle tomorrow as a weak disturbance develops along the NJ Coast. Highs will be mainly in the upper 50’s to mid 60’s.

Wednesday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a sprinkle, except a chance of light rain on Eastern Long Island. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60’s.

Halloween day, rain will be likely, but at least it will be warm, with highs in the mid 60’s to low 70’s.

Late Halloween night into early Friday morning, there will be rain, heavy at times, as a cold front and strong disturbance pass through our area. Things will then clear out from west to east in the late morning and afternoon as dry air moves in behind the cold front. Highs will be early in the morning and then will drop to the upper 40’s to mid 50’s by early afternoon.

Saturday through next Monday, November 4th, will then be nice with highs in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s Saturday, the mid 40’s to low 50’s Sunday, and the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Monday.

Next Tuesday, November 5th, clouds will increase with a chance of a shower at night as a disturbance approaches from the Southeastern United States. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.

Next Wednesday, November 6th, is looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as the disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 50’s.

Next Thursday, November 7th, through next Sunday, November 10th, are then looking nice with highs in the 40’s next Thursday, the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Friday, the upper 30’s and 40’s next Saturday, and the 40’s next Sunday.

Have a wonderful evening!
