Wednesday, October 9, 2019 - Morning Weather Discussion

A Nor’easter has developed off the coast…

Today will be cloudy with a chance of showers as a Nor’easter off the coast sends a bit of moisture back into our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.

Tomorrow will be mostly cloudy with a chance of a shower early in the morning and then it will be mostly cloudy with a chance of rain developing in the afternoon on Long island and a chance of showers everywhere at night, as the Nor’easter nudges westward a bit towards the coast. Highs will range from the mid 50’s on Central and Eastern Long Island to the mid to upper 60’s in East Central PA.

Friday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as the Nor’easter starts to pull away from our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.

Saturday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in the afternoon and at night as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to low 70’s.

Sunday and Monday will then be nice with highs in the 60’s Sunday and the mid 60’s to low 70’s Monday.

Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid 60’s to low 70’s.

Next Wednesday, October 16th, will be cloudy with a chance of rain as the disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 60’s to low 70’s.

Next Thursday, October 17th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in the morning, followed by clearing, as the disturbance and a cold front depart our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.

Next Friday, October 18th, will then be nice with highs in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.

Next Saturday, October 19th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower, as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.

Next Sunday, October 20th, through next Tuesday, October 22nd, are then looking nice with highs rising from the upper 50’s to mid 60’s next Sunday, to the mid to upper 60’s next Monday, and the mid 60’s to low 70’s next Tuesday.
