A strong cold front has moved through our area, bringing gusts of up to 60 mph in some locations and rainfall amounts of up to 2 inches in some locations. The strong winds will continue this morning with gusts of up to 40 mph, subsiding somewhat this afternoon. Highs will range from the mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in East Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on Long Island.
It will then be nice through Monday, with highs ranging from the mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ tomorrow, the low to mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the low to mid 50’s in Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on Long Island Sunday, and from the mid 40’s in Northeastern PA to the low to mid 50’s in Central NJ Monday.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in Central NJ, NYC, on Long Island, and in Fairfield County, CT, and a slight chance elsewhere as a cold front approaches from the west and a weak disturbance develops near the coast. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.
Wednesday will then be nice with highs in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s.
Thursday, clouds will increase with a chance of a rain shower developing in the afternoon and a rain or snow shower at night as a disturbance and strong cold front pass through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Next Friday, November 8th, there will be a chance of a rain or snow shower in the morning, followed by clearing, as the cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Saturday, November 9th, through next Monday, November 11th, will be nice, but with increasing cloudiness late in the day next Monday as a disturbance approaches our area. Highs will gradually rise from the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Saturday to the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday, and the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Monday.
Next Tuesday, November 12th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of showers, possibly mixed with snow at night in some locations as a disturbance approaches our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Next Wednesday, November 13th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.
Next Thursday, November 14th, is then looking variably cloudy with highs in the 40’s.
