Today will be variably cloudy with a chance of snow showers or flurries tonight in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, and Southeastern NY State, and a chance of flurries elsewhere. Highs will be in the 40’s.
New Year’s Day and Thursday will then be variably cloudy with highs in the 30’s to low 40’s New Year’s Day and in the mid 40’s to low 50’s Thursday.
Friday and Saturday there will be rain, ending Saturday afternoon and evening from west to east as a disturbance slowly passes through our area. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s Friday and the upper 40’s to mid 50’s Saturday.
Sunday and Monday will then be nice with highs in the 30’s to low 40’s Sunday and the mid 30’s to low 40’s Monday.
Next Tuesday, January 7th, clouds will increase with a chance of rain or snow developing the afternoon or evening as a disturbance approaches our area from the west. Highs will be in the 30’s.
Next Wednesday, January 8th, there will be a chance of rain or snow ending in the afternoon or evening from west to east. Highs will be in the upper 20’s and 30’s.
Next Thursday, January 9th, and Friday, January 10th, will then be variably cloudy with highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s Thursday and the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Friday.
Next Saturday, January 11th, through next Monday, January 13th, there will be a chance of showers as a couple of disturbance may pass through our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s.
