Wednesday, December 4, 2019 - Evening Weather Discussion

More flurries or snow showers tonight through Friday, a cold weekend, and then another unsettled week ahead…

It will be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower or flurry tonight.

Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry in the afternoon or evening. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of snow showers in Northeastern PA, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, and a chance of a rain shower in Central NJ and on Long Island as a disturbance passes to our north and a cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Saturday and Sunday will then be variably cloudy with highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s Saturday and the mid 30’s to mid 40’s Sunday.

Monday, there will be a chance of rain as a storm system passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.

Tuesday there will be a chance of showers as a cold front approaches and then passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.

Next Wednesday, December 11th, there will be a chance of snow showers in the morning, followed by clearing, as the cold front departs our area. Highs will be in the upper 20’s and 30’s.

Next Thursday, December 12th, there will be increasing cloudiness late in the day as a storm system develops in the Southeastern United States, and then approaches our area. Highs will be in the mid 20’s to low 30’s.

Next Friday, December 13th, through next Sunday morning, December 15th, there will be a chance of rain or snow as a storm system may develop along the East Coast. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Friday, the 40’s next Saturday, and in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Next Monday, December 16th, and next Tuesday, December 17th, are then looking variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Monday and the 30’s to low 40’s next Tuesday.
