SATURDAY – rain developing in the morning from west to east, possibly mixing with or changing to snow in parts of Northeastern PA at night, some light accumulation possible in Northeastern PA, lows in the upper 20’s and 30’s, with some low 40’s along the NJ Coast, highs from the mid to upper 30’s in Northeastern PA and Orange County, NY, to the low 50’s in East Central NJ
