There will be light snow and flurries this evening, possibly starting as light rain in some locations. The light snow and flurries will then end late tonight. Accumulations should be a trace to an inch and a half in most locations, with the possibility of up to 2 inches in parts of East Central and Northeastern PA.
Tomorrow will then be variably cloudy with a chance of snow showers or flurries that could accumulate a trace to an inch throughout our area, with the highest accumulations likely in Northeastern PA and Northwestern NJ. It will be windy, with gusts up to 45 mph possible. Highs will be in the 30’s to low 40’s.
Thursday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 30’s.
Friday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in Northeastern PA, especially at night. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Saturday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.
Sunday there will be a chance of a showers or thunderstorms in the morning, followed by clearing as a cold front passes through our area. It could be windy in the morning. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.
Monday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower. Highs will be in the 40’s.
Next Tuesday, January 14th, there will be a chance of rain as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 40’s.
Next Wednesday, January 15th, will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.
Next Thursday, January 16th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.
Next Friday, January 17th and next Saturday, January 18th, will be variably cloudy with highs in the 30’s next Friday and the upper 20’s to mid 30’s next Saturday.
Next Sunday, January 19th, there will be a chance of rain or snow showers as a disturbance passes south of our area. Highs will be in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s.
Next Monday, January 20th, there will be a chance of rain or snow showers ending early in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s.
