Wednesday, January 1, 2020 - Morning Weather Discussion

HAPPY NEW DECADE EVERYONE!  More rain on the way Friday and Saturday, possibly changing to snow before ending Sunday morning…

Today and tomorrow will be variably cloudy with highs in the 30’s to low 40’s today and the mid 40’s to low 50’s tomorrow.

Friday and Saturday there will be rain, as a strong disturbance and cold front slowly pass through our area. The rain could change to snow at night before ending from northwest to southeast. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s Friday and the mid to upper 40’s Saturday.

Sunday there will be a chance of rain or snow ending in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the 30’s to low 40’s.

Monday will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.

Tuesday into next Wednesday morning, January 8th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of rain or snow showers as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s Tuesday and the 30’s next Wednesday.

Next Thursday, January 9th, is then looking nice with highs in the low to mid 30’s.

Next Friday, January 10th, through next Tuesday, January 14th, are then looking unsettled with a chance of showers each day. It looks as if it may be unusually warm for the middle of January with highs in the 40’s next Friday through Sunday and in the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Monday and Tuesday.
