Friday, February 28, 2020 - Evening Weather Discussion

Cold for the weekend, then warming with rain likely and a slight chance of a storm next Friday…

It will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry tomorrow and some snow showers will be possible in Northeastern PA as some Lake Effect moisture will reach our area. Highs will be in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s.

Sunday is then looking nice with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.

Monday, clouds will increase with a chance of showers late in the day as a disturbance slowly approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 40’s and 50’s.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers in the afternoon and evening as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 50’s.

Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers developing again at night as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s.

Thursday, rain will be likely as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Next Friday, March 6th, there will be a chance of rain as the disturbance departs our area. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.

There remains a slight chance of a storm developing near the Middle Atlantic Coast next Friday. We will just have to wait and see what happens.

Next Saturday, March 7th, through next Thursday, March 12th, are then looking nice with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Saturday, the mid to upper 40’s next Sunday, the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Monday, the mid 40’s to low 50’s next Tuesday, the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Wednesday, and the upper 40’s to mid 50’s next Thursday.
