Today will be variably cloudy with light rain and light snow developing from west to east across our area late this afternoon and this evening as a warm front approaches. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Tomorrow there will be light rain and light snow ending early in the morning from west to east, with a trace to an inch of accumulation possible in East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, and a half of an inch to an inch and a half possible in Northeastern PA. Highs will be in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.
Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower in the morning. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.
Thursday, a strong disturbance and cold front will approach from the west, causing rain, freezing rain, or snow to develop in the morning, changing to rain. A significant accumulation of ice is possible in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT. Highs will be in the upper 30’s and 40’s at night.
Friday rain will end in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the 40’s.
Saturday will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Sunday, February 9th, there will be a chance of rain or snow in the morning as a disturbance passes by our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Monday, February 10th, through next Wednesday, February 12th, are then looking variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Monday, the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Tuesday, and the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Wednesday.
Next Thursday, February 13th there will be a chance of rain or snow with highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.
Next Friday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower with highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.
Next Saturday there will be a chance of rain or snow as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.
