Tuesday, February 18, 2020 - Morning Weather Discussion

Light rain today with low 60’s in West Central NJ, a break through the weekend, rain early next week, and then maybe some changes…

There will be light rain and showers today as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will range from the low 40’s in Northeastern PA and Orange and Putnam Counties in NY State, to the upper 50’s to low 60’s in West Central NJ.

Tomorrow through Sunday are then looking nice. Temperatures will start out cold with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s tomorrow and the upper 20’s to mid 30’s Thursday, then gradually rising to the low to mid 30’s Friday, the mid to upper 40’s Saturday, and the upper 40’s to low 50’s Sunday.

Monday and next Tuesday, February 25th, there will be a chance of rain as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s Monday and the mid 40’s to low 50’s Tuesday.

Next Wednesday, February 26th, there will be a chance of showers during the day and then a chance of rain or snow at night as a disturbance approaches our area from the west. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Then, this morning, the data is showing some signs of a bit of a pattern change with more winter-like temperatures and possibly winter-like precipitation. We shall see…

Next Thursday, February 27th, there will be a chance of rain or snow ending in the morning, then clearing, as a disturbance passes through  our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Next Friday, February 28th, through next Monday, March 2nd, are then looking nice with highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s next Friday through Sunday and the 30’s next Monday.

Have a fantastic day!
