FRIDAY – increasing cloudiness, chance of rain or snow developing in the late morning and afternoon, lows in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s, highs from the upper 30’s to low 40’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Central NJ
