Thursday, April 23, 2020 - Morning Weather Discussion

Unbelievable video of a tornado in Toms River, snow flurries today in places and rain tonight/tomorrow and heavy rain Sunday…

First of all, check out this unbelievable video of the tornado in Toms River, NJ on Tuesday, forwarded to me by Joe DiBlasi. There are some curse words in this video, so if there are children present, turn off the volume before you play this video. This is the most amazing video I have ever seen of a tornado in NJ.

Today there will be a chance of a sprinkle or flurry this morning (I had some flurries this morning at my location in Allamuchy, Warren County, NJ), and then rain will develop tonight as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s.

Tomorrow there will be rain, ending at night, as the disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 40’s to low 50’s.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.

Sunday, there will be rain, heavy at times, as a strong disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the upper 40’s to mid 50’s.

Monday, there will be rain, ending in the morning, possibly ending as snow in parts of Northeastern PA. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with highs in the low to mid 50’s.

Wednesday and next Thursday, April 30th, there will be rain, as another disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 50’s Wednesday and the mid 50’s to low 60’s next Thursday.

Next Friday, May 1st, through next Tuesday, May 5th, are then looking nice with highs in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s.
