The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Sussex County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey...
  Northeastern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 815 PM EDT.

* At 710 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Rock Hill to near Eldred to Greentown to
  Scranton, moving southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is
           possible.

* Locations impacted include...
  Newton, Montague, Hopatcong, Franklin, Stanhope, Hamburg, Netcong,
  Ogdensburg, Sussex, Branchville, Andover, High Point, Lake Mohawk,
  Werry Lake, Greendell, Millbrook, Skytop, Vernon Valley,
  Mountainhome and Pellettown.

This includes Interstate 80 in New Jersey between mile markers 21 and
23.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Camden County in southern New Jersey...
  North central Gloucester County in southern New Jersey...
  West central Burlington County in southern New Jersey...
  Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...
  East central Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 745 PM EDT.
   
* At 721 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Morris Park, or near Philadelphia, moving
  southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Evesham, Mount
  Laurel, Deptford, Voorhees, West Deptford, Lindenwold, Bellmawr,
  Yeadon, Woodbury, Berlin, Palmyra, Folcroft, Swarthmore, Paulsboro,
  Magnolia and Westville.

This includes the following highways...
 Atlantic City Expressway between mile markers 42 and 44.
 Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 21 and 40.
 Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 10 and 27.
 New Jersey Turnpike between exits 3 and 4.
 Interstate 476 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 4 and 7.
 Interstate 676 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 4.
 Interstate 676 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 1.
 Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3.
 Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 336 and 351.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Protecting yourself from immediate threats to life and safety shall
take priority.  Whenever possible, as long as it does not cause
greater harm, all COVID-19 protective action guidance should be
followed.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
