Sunday, June 14, 2020 - Daily Weather Discussion

A long-deserved break from the rain, possibly through next weekend, with gradually warming temperatures…

A disturbance approaching from the west has stalled over West Virginia and will then move into the Southeastern United States, where it will sit through Friday, remaining south of our area, and keeping us dry through next weekend.  High temperatures will gradually rise from the upper 60’s to mid 70’s tomorrow, to the 70’s Tuesday, the 70’s to low 80’s Wednesday, the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Thursday, the upper 70’s and 80’s Friday, the 80’s to low 90’s Saturday, and the mid 80’s to mid 90’s next Sunday, June 21st.

Next Monday, June 22nd, through next Thursday, June 25th, are then looking variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day. Highs will be in the 80’s to low 90’s next Monday, the upper 70’s and 80’s next Tuesday, and the 80’s next Wednesday and Thursday.

Next Friday, June 26th, and next Saturday, June 27th, will then be variably cloudy with highs in the 80’s to low 90’s next Friday and the mid 80’s to low 90’s next Saturday.
