Friday, August 28, 2020 - Look at the Next 2 Weeks


Showers/thunderstorms likely tomorrow, possibly severe in parts of our area…


The rest of today will be variably cloudy with a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm. Some of the storms could be severe in East Central PA and Central NJ. Highs will be in the 80’s to low 90’s.


Tomorrow, showers and thunderstorms will be likely as the remnants of Hurricane Laura, a disturbance, and a cold front pass through our area. Some of the storms could be severe. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.


Sunday will be variably cloudy and cooler, with highs in the 70’s.


Monday, clouds will increase with showers or thunderstorms developing in the evening, as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the low to mid 70’s.


Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with showers or thunderstorms likely as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 70’s.


Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 70’s to mid 80’s.


Thursday and next Friday, September 4th, are then looking variably cloudy with a slight chance of a late day shower or thunderstorm Thursday and a slight chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm next Friday as a cold front slowly passes through our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 80’s Thursday and in the upper 70’s and 80’s next Friday.


Next Saturday, September 5th, and next Sunday, September 6th, are then looking nice with highs in the 70’s next Saturday and the mid 70’s to low 80’s next Sunday. 


Next Monday, September 7th, is then looking variably cloudy with a slight chance of a nighttime shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.


Next Tuesday, September 8th, a disturbance may develop near the Middle Atlantic Coast, bringing a chance of showers or thunderstorms and highs in the 70’s to low 80’s.


Next Wednesday, September 9th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s.


Next Thursday, September 10th, is then looking variably cloudy. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s.
