Looking pretty good around here until next weekend, and then watching a cold front and a couple of tropical systems…
It had looked as if we might have some mid-week rain again this week, but chances for that have decreased quite a bit and it is now looking like there will be just a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm Wednesday evening and Thursday. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s today and tomorrow, rising to the upper 70’s to mid 80’s Tuesday and Wednesday and the low to mid 80’s Thursday, then dropping back a bit to the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
Next Weekend there will be a chance of an afternoon or evening shower or thunderstorm Saturday and a chance of a shower or thunderstorm any time next Sunday as a cold front approaches from the west. We will also have to keep our eyes on the potential for a couple of tropical systems to approach the East Coast late next week, although at the moment it appears that the storms will be more likely to remain out to sea. Highs will be in the low to mid 70’s Saturday and the 70’s next Sunday.
Next Monday, September 14th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as the cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 70’s to low 80’s.
Next Tuesday, September 15th, through next Saturday, September 19th, are then looking nice with highs in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s next Tuesday and Wednesday, the mid 60’s to mid 70’s next Thursday, and the upper 60’s to mid 70’s next Friday and Saturday.
