Today the rain and snow will end this afternoon from west to east as a disturbance departs our area. There could be up to an inch of accumulation in the highest elevations of Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State and in Fairfield County, CT, with up to 2 inches possible in parts of Northeastern Fairfield County, CT. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.
Tomorrow will be mostly sunny with highs in the 40’s.
Sunday, clouds will increase with showers developing in the afternoon and evening as a strong cold front passes through our area. Highs will be in the 50’s.
Monday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower or flurry in the morning, especially in Northeastern PA, as some Lake Effect moisture may reach our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Tuesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower or flurry in the morning in Fairfield County, CT, and on Eastern Long Island. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.
Wednesday through next Tuesday, November 10th, are then looking nice with highs in the mid to upper 50’s Wednesday, the low to mid 60’s Thursday and next Friday, the upper 50’s to mid 60’s next Saturday, the upper 50’s to low 60’s next Sunday, and the upper 50’s to mid 60’s next Monday and Tuesday.
Next Wednesday, November 11th, is looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as a disturbance may approach from the Southeastern United States. Highs will be in the mid 50’s to low 60’s.
Next Thursday, November 12th, is then looking variably cloudy with highs in the 50’s.
