Monday, October 12, 2020 - Daily Weather Discussion


Remnants of Hurricane Delta passing through our area today and tomorrow and more rain likely Friday…


The remnants of Hurricane Delta will be passing through our area today and tomorrow, bringing us some rain, ending late in the day tomorrow. Highs today will range from the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the upper 50’s to low 60’s along the NJ Coast, and from the upper 50’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 60’s in Central NJ and on Long Island tomorrow.


Wednesday will be mostly sunny with highs ranging from the mid 60’s in Northeastern PA to the low 70’s in Central NJ.


Thursday, clouds will increase late in the day as a cold front and disturbance approach from the west. Highs will range from the upper 60’s on Eastern Long Island to the mid 70’s in West Central NJ.


Friday and Saturday, rain will be likely as the approaching disturbance and cold front will develop a Nor’easter near the Nj Coast. Highs will range from the mid to upper 50’s in Northeastern PA to the mid to upper 60’s in Central NJ and on Long Island Friday and from the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island Saturday.


Sunday and next Monday, October 19th, will then be variably cloudy with highs ranging from the mid 50’s in Northeastern PA to the low 60’s in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island Sunday, and will be in the low to mid 60’s next Monday.


Next Tuesday, October 20th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as a cold front passes through our area. Highs will range from the upper 50’s to low 60’s in Northeastern PA to the mid to upper 60’s in Central NJ.


Next Wednesday, October 21st and next Thursday, October 22nd, are looking variably cloudy with highs ranging from the upper 50’s to low 60’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 60’s in Central NJ.


Next Friday, October 23rd and next Saturday, October 24th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will range from the upper 50’s to low 60’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 60’s in Central NJ.


Next Sunday, October 24th, is currently looking variably cloudy with highs ranging from the mid 50’s in Northeastern PA to the low to mid 60’s in West Central NJ.
